"I was referred to The Nudge, LLC and am now referring anyone I know who may need med management help. Dr. Blair is not only really fun to connect with, but just makes the entire process so easy and convenient. I'm usually running in a million directions, and the ability to work virtually is such a game changer. Plus she took my concerns seriously, was always responsive, and I finally feel heard and understood. Plus, I feel great. 10/10!"

  • How does The Nudge protect my privacy and health information?
At The Nudge, we take your privacy very seriously and are dedicated to safeguarding it. We adhere to all relevant local, national, and international privacy laws and regulations, including the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. We ensure that your medical information is kept confidential and is only shared with your consent, except in cases where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Your trust is important to us, and we're committed to protecting your personal information with the utmost care. For a more detailed description of our security measures visit our Data Security page.
  • How much does it cost?
At The Nudge, we strive to ensure our telehealth services are accessible and affordable. The cost of a visit with us varies based on the type of care you need and the specifics of your health insurance coverage. Our self-pay rates are the same regardless of the type of care you're seeking. For many of our clients with insurance, a medical or mental health visit may cost as little as the visit copay determined by your health insurance plan. We accept all major credit cards, including Care Credit, to make payments as convenient as possible. To process credit and debit card payments, we utilize Square. Please be aware that our pricing may be subject to change. However, we are committed to keeping you informed of any changes, if they occur. Don't have insurance or not covered by your benefits? No worries. You can still access The Nudge’s services for medical, mental health, and weight loss needs by paying our self-pay rates for your visit. We're here to help you take control of your health, regardless of your insurance status.
  • Can The Nudge handle emergency situations?
The Nudge does not offer emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, immediately call 911.
  • Can The Nudge share results of a visit or test with my other providers?
Yes, a release of information will need to be filled out and signed by you in order for us to send your information to your other providers and/or collaborate with your other providers to improve your care.
  • How long will it take for me to reach my goals?
The more willing and active you are in following the treatment plan you and your provider decide on, the faster you'll experience results. Using active journaling to take note of your progress, setbacks, and issues you notice throughout the treatment process will help your provider improve your treatment plan. The more committed and invested you are in yourself and your progress, the faster we can get you on the road toward better health.
  • What's the age range for patients your accept?
Our provider has the knowledge and is equipped to treat clients across the lifespan between the ages of 7 all the way to 70 years old.
  • What is expected of me as a patient?
Our top priority is your health and safety. Patients are asked to have a blood pressure, pulse, height and weight prior to each visit. We generally ask that you purchase an automatic blood pressure monitor and have a body scale to weigh yourself, if you don't already have one. Here’s our recommendation for a budget friendly blood pressure monitor and here is our recommendation for a home scale to track your body weight. This is one of the best devices to have in your home for keeping track of your vitals. If you someone who really wants to take control of your health and are interested in any other devices we would recommend that you keep around the house, we strongly recommend this budget friendly pulse oximeter (keeps track of your blood oxygen, CO2 and pulse). This device is not required but a good idea regardless. Regarding billing, patients are responsible for paying their bills upon receipt. We get it, life happens…emergencies happen. We ask you to contact us if you are experiencing financial difficulties and we will do our best to work with you.
  • What type of patient do you work with?
Patients who are willing to work in a partnership and be an active participant in their own care. Clients who are goal-oriented and actively trying to achieve their health goals. Being open minded, motivated, and honest is the best state of mind to be in working with us to achieve your goals.
  • Do you offer therapy?
No, we do not offer therapy presently. We collaborate with your therapist to provide you the best all encompassing care. We can refer you to great options for therapists in the Wichita, KS area.
