How it works

Follow the steps below to start your weight loss journey.

Step 1 BIG.webp

Complete intake forms

Complete the required weight loss intake forms here.

  • The provider will review your intake forms and we'll reach out to schedule you within 24-48 business hours.

Step 2 BIG yellow.webp

Attend first appointment

Download the Spruce Health app.  Spruce is a HIPAA secure platform for telehealth video visits and secure messaging.

What we'll cover on your first visit

  • Review of your medical history.

  • Discuss your weight loss goals, exercise regimen, nutrition plan, and available weight loss options.

  • Schedule your 1-month follow-up visit.

Step 3 BIG.webp

We'll order your medication

Once your treatment plan is approved

  • If you've had lab work within last year, send copy through the Spruce app. If you haven't had lab work done within last year, we'll provide a lab order during your first appointment.

*Lab work will be required before ordering your medication for your safety.

  • After review of your lab results, you'll receive an invoice for your medication order or we'll send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy.

  • The pharmacy will ship your medication directly to your home.

What to expect next

Follow-up appointments

  • Scheduled on a monthly basis during the start of your treatment to ensure safety and effectiveness.

  • Once you have reached your maintenance or micro-dose, your follow up visits will be scheduled every 3-4 months.

Blood pressure checks

  • Since we offer our weight loss services through telehealth, we may require you to check your blood pressure periodically.  Our recommendation is to invest in a home blood pressure machine.

* If you're interested, here are the home blood pressure machines we recommend.
