TheNudge LLC (DBA The Nudge), it’s affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “TheNudge, LLC”) provides all information on this site (together with all content and the underlying source HTML files that implement the hypertext features, collectively this “Site”) exclusively under the following Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws:

Scheduling Appointments
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability. Appointments are confirmed only after approval by The Nudge. We will do our best to accommodate your requested day and time, but we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, severity of condition, and adherence to continuing care instructions. The Nudge does not guarantee specific results of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
(AS DEFINED BELOW) THE NUDGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS) IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE, INCLUDING ITS CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF ANY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY COVERED

Changes to Terms
The Nudge LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Returns and Refunds
TheNudge LLC and Nudge Fit, service owned by The Nudge will not accept returns. According to FDA Policy Sec. 460.300, I acknowledge that I cannot return or receive refunds for medications and/or injections once the medications/injections have been ordered through our compounding pharmacy partners. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, this will be between the purchaser and the outsourced compounding pharmacy according to their policies. The Nudge LLC will not facilitate replacements. Nudge Fit, a service owned by The Nudge LLC, cannot be held responsible for any shipment issues, damages, delays, delivery notifications, etc.

THENUDGE LLC, DBA THE NUDGE DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT ANY MATERIAL ON THIS WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.
